Fit to finish solves the problem of How, Why and Where do I fit? This is a question I have been asked time and time again. You have read the books, seen the patterns and tried various fitting programmes, but to no avail. Why is fitting such a great problem and yet it is one of the most essential ingredients to achieving a totally professional finish to hand made clothes.
I believe I have the answer!!
From this workshop you will gain a total understanding of your personal measurements and how these will relate to the commercial pattern companies. We will also analyse the correct designer ease expected, neckline control, shoulder, bust, waist and hip positioning and overall contour of these essential garments.
Then finally you will professionally construct two customised toile’s. Both top and skirt, made from calico will be completed with information on interfacing, lining and all the necessary notions. This will be achieved easily !! No comprehensive fitting charts, formidable contraptions or unexplained pieces of tape.
How? You just book the workshop and leave the rest to me. I promise you this is easy and it works! You will leave this workshop with a fitted sleeveless top and skirt toile, plus a ‘how to’ manual, completed to your personal alterations.
All course materials are included in the price.
